Contact the Central Registration Team if you believe an account should exist but you don't have the details or if you have previously registered this child for 3 or 4 year old kindergarten or the Long Day Care waiting list through the Central Registration Service but do not have a portal log in.

    Please use your log in details as provided by the Central Registration Team.


    If you have previously had a child registered through the Central Registration Service and have not been provided with a portal log in please contact the Central Registration Team please email kinderenrol@mvcc.vic.gov.au or call 9243 8888.


    To complete this child’s registration through the online portal you will need to attach a copy supporting documentation which may include


  • Child’s birth certificate or passport
  • Proof of Moonee Valley Residency, Moonee Valley Ratepayer or a link to Moonee Valley City Council.
  • Supporting documentation of child’s additional needs/support agency (if applicable).


    • There is non-refundable registration fee payable for each registration. If you are registering for a kindergarten program this year and next year a non-refundable registration fee applies for both years.
